You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers

  • No - we are not a registered charity so we are not able to offer tax receipts. We encourage you to donate directly to our intended recipients, if they are a registered charity, and you wish to obtain a tax receipt. We will be sure to share the link to their direct donation page if known.

  • Books are sent by Canada Post. Delays can occur due to strikes, but we always do our best to get orders out for delivery within 5 business days.

  • All profits are donated directly to those featured on our Donations page either by cheque or e-transfer depending on their preference. We do not collect a profit from the sale of these books. We estimate being able to donate $20 from every book sold and 100% of donation proceeds will be distributed to our donation recipients.

  • Currently we are printing soft cover books to keep this book as accessible as possible.

  • We have selected our donation recipients for the first 500 copies. If you are interested in becoming a future recipient, please register for our email subscription and we will notify our community in the future when we are accepting new applications.
